Registration for the Azalea Festival 2011

Steps

1)  Download the registration form (from above) and print it. (if you are using letter size paper, please change the setting before printing)

 

2)  Fill it out and bring it to Cheongpyeong with you. (Please do not send this in advance through e-mail or FAX)

 

3)  Send a fax or e-mail to Cheongpyeong saying that you are coming.

Information needed: Country you are from, name, and birth date of all members who are coming.

*If you are not sure of your records, please ask us in advance.

*If the records we send you contradict with the records you have kept, bring all of your past memos, receipts, etc so that we can clear your records when you come.

*For ancestor liberation/blessing donation, please bring US dollars. *For workshop fee, please bring Korean won.

*There is a 25,000won registration fee for every 7 generations you liberate for Father’s and Mother’s sides, and 25,000won registration fee for every 7 generations you liberate for GMF and GMM.

*You can also print out your registration form after calculating.

*We accept bills (Won, Yen, US dollar, Euro, Pound) but we do not accept coins of any currency. US dollars are strongly suggested.
